Bulk Trash Day is scheduled for May 21st. Items that will not be taken:lumber, tires, appliances with freon. If it will fit into an authorized bag please place your items in the bag and put out for pick up.
Brush and limb collection resumes on April 16 and will continue through December on the third Wednesday of each month. Please place grass clippings and garden waste in biodegradable bags. Limbs will be accepted but must be no longer than 4'and no bigger that 2" in diameter. Thank you.
Volunteers are needed to help organize events at our newly renovated Borough Park. The Park committee is working on a bird sanctuary for the park. If you have any trees of shrubs to donate, please call borough hall at (610) 273-2020. Dates for Movie Night at Borough Park to be announced.
Recycling is collected every week in Honey Brook Borough. Please place all glass bottles, plastic containers and aluminum cans in your blue recycle bin. (available at Borough Hall) Newspapers, magazines, can be placed in a biodegradable brown bag. Corrugated boxes can be punched down and tied for pick up. If you participate in the borough's bag system. make sure you place your trash in the green authorized trash bags and place your trash out for pick up Tuesday evening after 6:00pm. |
