HONEY BROOK BOROUGH RECYCLING Recycling is every Wednesday Blue recycle bins are available at the Borough Hall Place all aluminum cans, plastic containers, and glass bottles in your blue recycle bin Place newspaper, magazines and cardboard (punch down) in separate bag or box HONEY BROOK BOROUGH BULK TRASH DAY Bulk Trash Day is the 3rd Wednesday in May & October As described in the Borough Trash Bid document 10 6 99 "Bulk Waste - Shall mean large items of refuse including, but not limited to: appliances and furniture which require collection in other than conventional compactor refuse collection vehicles. Bulk waste does not include accumulated residential municipal trash that is not placed in the appropriate bag." Items that will not be picked up include: tire, appliances that contain Freon, building materials, yard waste, or hazardous materials No resident or business shall allow others to bring trash into the borough or "import" trash for pickup Any waste that would normally fit into a Honey Brook bag should not be put into other containers such as boxes, crates, etc. Remember: If it will fit into a bag, place it in an authorized Honey Brook bag for pickup Once trash is picked up on your street, the hauler will not return to the same street to pick up additional trash.
